El pasado sábado 20, la Vuelta a España Ultreya Más Sol 2024 llegó a Cangas de Onís en Asturias con la presentación oficial de la 5ª Edición de este evento solidario deportivo.
El evento contó con más de 500 asistentes entre los que se encontraban junto al equipo ciclista Ultreya y Más Sol Energía como patrocinador principal otros colaboradores como Red Eléctrica Española, El Montepío de la Minería Asturiana o MMR Bikes, además de representantes del gobierno del principado y locales.
Comienzo de la Vuelta a España Ultreya Más Sol 2024
Esta 5ª edición comenzará a rodar el próximo 6 de julio desde el Real Sitio de Covadonga con la finalidad de dar visibilidad a la España rural, promoviendo sus valores y raíces.
La temática de la Vuelta a España Ultreya Más Sol 2024 serán las materias primas que articulan el tejido económico rural.
Pondremos en valor materias como la leche asturiana, el aceite de Jaén o los vinos de la Mancha, entre otras. Fomentando así su economía, cultura y turismo rural o el cuidado del medioambiente.
Etapas de la Vuelta a España Ultreya Más Sol 2024
Este evento se compondrá de 8 etapas en las que, con cada pedaleo, cumpliremos el objetivo recorriendo 1.400 kilómetros donde haremos entrega de cheques solidarios a asociaciones que trabajan a diario para continuar mostrando la esencia de estos rincones rurales.

🚲 7 de julio: Campoo de Enmedio (Cantabria)
🚲 8 de julio: Artziniega (País Vasco)
🚲 9 de julio: Berlanga de Duero (Castilla y León)
🚲 10 de julio: Horche (Castilla La Mancha)
🚲 11 de julio: Villarrubia de los Ojos (Castilla La Mancha)
🚲 12 de julio: La Carolina (Andalucía)
🚲 13 de julio: Alcalá de Guadaíra (Andalucía)

Nacho Fernández, impulsor del Movimiento Ultreya, nos habla de lo que supone iniciar esta Vuelta a España desde Asturias: «Será un inicio bellísimo y muy simbólico. Por primera vez la Vuelta pasará sus primeras etapas junto al mar antes de adentrarse en el sur».
En este acto celebrado en la Finca Villa María del Campanu, contamos con la presencia de Agustín García, concejal de Deportes de Cangas de Onís, Elena Zapico, Vicealcaldesa del Concejo de Aller o Lara Martínez, viceconsejera de Turismo del Principado. La cual comunicó que acompañará a la expedición durante la primera etapa.
Durante el evento disfrutamos de actuaciones de la Banda de Gaitas «Ciudad de Cangas de Onís», el Grupo Folclore Allerán y el cantante cántabro Nando Agüeros que clausuró el acto cantando “Viento del Norte” acompañado de la familia Movimiento Ultreya.
